is an Amsterdam based physical-theatre collective.
We create performances, research and training programs. Our credo
is a commitment to creative exploration of our art, dialogue between different artistic disciplines and cultural traditions.
We are dedicated to an integrated performance ouvre, gladly inviting the participation of people from different training levels
and backgrounds.
Together we have more than 20 years experience in contemporary dance and physical theatre and have worked
with some of the leading companies and directors in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Our working methods explore
physicality, voice and energetic processes in response to different environments and media. The creations address and embody
corporeal responses to local culture and the impact of changing times on the daily lives of people. The performances aim to
question and to destabilize perception, drawing on different creation methodologies and making use of different media.
Liberated from a loyalty to any specific school or out-dated methodology we remain alert and open to new options in each
creation process, creating dynamic and vivant performance experiences that combine the real and the virtual, abstract
with the concrete, the natural with the grotesque.
We work in different communities through our international cultural
- exchange projects. We present performances in theatres, public spaces and on locations dedicated to the potency of the theatre
as a platform to affect change in the immediate society.
